The Beijing Jijiamiao Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industrial Park has a construction area of 12000 square meters and is equipped with a smart heating solution for upgrading and renovating old factory buildings. It is a demonstration project of a comprehensive office area and residential area, with an initial demonstration area of 313 square meters.
